Yes. Connected is unlocked by a clinic invite rather than sold here, and it costs you nothing — your clinic’s protocol, dose logging and Apple Health sync. Your clinic can also sponsor full Premium on your behalf. Circulating levels and Insights are Premium features.

Clinic plans are billed per practice (Starter $79, Practice $249, Clinic $599/mo) and include a band of active patients — 15 / 75 / 250. Beyond your band, overage is billed per active patient per month: $7 (Starter), $6 (Practice), $5 (Clinic). Practice adds providers at $35/mo each.
