Today, and what's due
The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.
Wegovy® steps upward more times than most protocols. Lumara keeps each step with its date, charts the curve between shots, and puts weight and side effects on the same timeline.

The Wegovy® ladder is long enough that "how long have you been on this dose?" becomes a genuinely hard question by about month three. And it is the question that matters, because with a one-week half-life a new step takes roughly a month to settle — so the fortnight you are judging it on is usually the fortnight it had not arrived yet.
Free, no card. Your trial starts inside the app.
Pick your compound and your current dose. Titration steps and reminders set themselves up.
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and watch weight, sleep and HRV line up against your shots.
Wegovy climbs 0.25 → 0.5 → 1 → 1.7 → 2.4 mg over months, and each step changes the shape of your week. Lumara estimates how much semaglutide is still circulating from the doses you logged, so a step-up reads as a visible change in the curve instead of a date you have to remember.
A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

Every step is stored with the date it started, so "four weeks on 1 mg" is something the app knows rather than something you reconstruct from memory. Reminders follow the schedule and re-time themselves if you cross time zones.
Weight, waist and daily side-effect check-ins sit on the same timeline as your dose steps, so you can compare a settled month against a settled month. Insights describe what changed — never what to take next.
The reminding, the logging, the remembering and the paperwork — in one place, on iPhone and Android.

The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.

A nudge at the time you set for every dose, plus refill, expiry and lab reminders. Scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no signal.

Rate energy, mood, sleep and side effects on a 1–5 scale and tag any symptoms. Ten seconds a day is what makes a trend.

Log a weigh-in and how you have been feeling, with a daily or weekly reminder to do it. Both land on the same timeline as your doses.

Every dose taken and missed, day by day and medicine by medicine, with your weight and check-in trends over the same weeks.

Connect once and Lumara reads what your phone, watch or scale already writes. Read-only, on iPhone and Android — nothing is written back.
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps and weight, charted alongside your dose history over the same weeks.

A modelled curve of how much is likely still in you between doses, drawn from the schedule you logged. On the paid plans.
Enter a marker, its value and the draw date, and Lumara charts it against the reference range. Set your own reminder for the next one.
A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

Refill dates with a reminder while there is still time to reorder, and a vial vault holding days of supply and expiry dates.

Add a trip with its destination and dates and your daily reminders follow local time there. Weekly injectables keep their home interval.
If your clinic uses Lumara, enter their join code and the protocol they prescribe arrives in your app. You start the connection and you can end it.

Lumara writes up the month — what you are on, how much of it you took, your weight and your worst symptoms — to take in with you.
Turn what you have logged into a factual PDF and share it in a tap. Messages and protocol updates from your clinic arrive in the same app, to read.

Stored on your device, with encrypted backup only if you turn it on. Face ID or a passcode locks it, there are no ads, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete it whenever.
Vial tracking, circulating-level charts and the provider report are on the paid plans.
Wegovy® is semaglutide from Novo Nordisk, given once weekly. Its FDA label describes a stepped schedule beginning at 0.25 mg with increases about four weeks apart up to a maintenance dose. Because semaglutide's half-life is about a week, each step takes roughly four to five weeks to reach a steady pattern — which is close to the interval between the steps themselves.
| Start | Steps | Maintenance | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wegovy® (semaglutide) | 0.25 mg weekly | 0.5 → 1 → 1.7 mg, ~4 weeks each | 2.4 mg weekly |
Lumara records what you enter and shows it beside your dose history. It does not assess symptoms, and it never advises. Anything new, severe or persistent is a conversation with your provider — not with an app.
Product information as of 5 September 2026.
Lumara tracks it — independently, not a Novo Nordisk product. Weekly reminders on your device, every dose step kept with its date, an estimated levels curve, and weight and side effects on the same timeline.
One tap on the protocol. The previous step keeps its dates, so your record shows the whole ladder in sequence and the levels curve shows the step as a visible change.
Lumara answers that from your own history rather than your memory: each step carries the date it started, and the current one shows how many weeks you have been on it.
It is recorded as missed and your adherence reflects it — nothing is quietly tidied away. What to do about a missed dose is a question for your provider or the label; Lumara records, it never advises.
