Today, and what's due
The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.
A daily tablet is a different rhythm from a weekly shot: more chances to miss, tighter timing, and a streak that actually means something. Lumara treats it that way.

7-day trial, no card. iPhone and Android. No ads, no data sale, ever.

Almost every GLP-1 tracker was designed around one event a week, then bolted on a daily option. It shows: reminders that assume you have six days of slack, adherence maths that barely notices a gap, dose steps modelled as months apart. A tablet you take every morning under conditions your label specifies is a different job, and it deserves a record built for it.
Free, no card. Your trial starts inside the app.
Pick your compound and your current dose. Titration steps and reminders set themselves up.
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and watch weight, sleep and HRV line up against your shots.
Set the reminder for the time your provider and your label specify and Lumara fires it on the device, offline, in the right time zone. Adherence is calculated over the days you were actually meant to take it, so a run of consistent mornings is visible — and so is the week it slipped.
The estimated levels chart is shown for injectable protocols with a published half-life. It is not shown for daily oral protocols, because a model we cannot stand behind is worse than no model. Everything else — dose steps, reminders, adherence, outcomes — works exactly the same.
A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

The reminding, the logging, the remembering and the paperwork — in one place, on iPhone and Android.

The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.

A nudge at the time you set for every dose, plus refill, expiry and lab reminders. Scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no signal.

Rate energy, mood, sleep and side effects on a 1–5 scale and tag any symptoms. Ten seconds a day is what makes a trend.

Log a weigh-in and how you have been feeling, with a daily or weekly reminder to do it. Both land on the same timeline as your doses.

Every dose taken and missed, day by day and medicine by medicine, with your weight and check-in trends over the same weeks.

Connect once and Lumara reads what your phone, watch or scale already writes. Read-only, on iPhone and Android — nothing is written back.
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps and weight, charted alongside your dose history over the same weeks.

A modelled curve of how much is likely still in you between doses, drawn from the schedule you logged. On the paid plans.
Enter a marker, its value and the draw date, and Lumara charts it against the reference range. Set your own reminder for the next one.
A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

Refill dates with a reminder while there is still time to reorder, and a vial vault holding days of supply and expiry dates.

Add a trip with its destination and dates and your daily reminders follow local time there. Weekly injectables keep their home interval.
If your clinic uses Lumara, enter their join code and the protocol they prescribe arrives in your app. You start the connection and you can end it.

Lumara writes up the month — what you are on, how much of it you took, your weight and your worst symptoms — to take in with you.
Turn what you have logged into a factual PDF and share it in a tap. Messages and protocol updates from your clinic arrive in the same app, to read.

Stored on your device, with encrypted backup only if you turn it on. Face ID or a passcode locks it, there are no ads, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete it whenever.
Vial tracking, circulating-level charts and the provider report are on the paid plans.
Oral semaglutide is the same molecule as the injectable, taken as a daily tablet rather than a weekly injection, and it steps upward through fixed doses in the same way. The FDA label sets specific conditions for when and how it is taken — those conditions are part of the prescription, not a preference, so follow the label and your provider rather than a schedule an app suggests. Lumara's job is to remind you at the time you were told and to record what actually happened.
| Start | Steps | Maintenance | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oral semaglutide (tablet) | 3 mg daily | 7 mg after ~30 days | up to 14 mg daily |
Lumara records what you enter and shows it beside your dose history. It does not assess symptoms, and it never advises. Anything new, severe or persistent is a conversation with your provider — not with an app.

Yes. Daily oral protocols log the same way as injectables, with their own reminders, dose steps and adherence — calculated over the days you were due, not over weeks.
The estimated levels chart is shown for injectable protocols with a published half-life. Rather than approximate a curve we cannot stand behind, Lumara shows none for daily oral protocols. Everything else works identically.
Yes, and it fires on the device without a signal and re-times itself when you cross time zones. Set it for the time your provider and your label specify — Lumara reminds you of your plan, it does not write one.
Log the change against the same protocol and your history carries across, so the months before the switch stay readable. Once you are on an injectable, the estimated levels curve becomes available from that point onward.
Oral semaglutide is the same molecule as injectable semaglutide, taken by a different route on a daily rather than weekly schedule, with its own dose ladder and its own label conditions. Which is appropriate for you is a conversation with your provider.
Your data is encrypted on your device, backups are encrypted, and we never sell data or show ads. Export or delete everything from inside the app.
