For people on a GLP-1

A GLP-1 tracker for the six days between shots.

Logging the injection is the easy part. Lumara shows the week that follows it — an estimated levels curve, your titration steps, and how weight, sleep and HRV moved alongside them.

How it works

Three steps, about two minutes.

A weekly medication makes a strange kind of diary. One entry, then six days of wondering. Most trackers are built for a pill you take every morning, so they give you a tick box and a streak — which tells you nothing about a compound that is still working four days later. This page is about the other kind of record: what your protocol looks like as a shape, not a list.

Free, no card. Your trial starts inside the app.

  2. Add your GLP-1

Pick your compound and your current dose. Titration steps and reminders set themselves up.

  3. See the trend

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and watch weight, sleep and HRV line up against your shots.

Estimated levels

A week is not a tick box.

From the doses you logged and the compound's published half-life, Lumara estimates how much is still circulating and charts it week over week. Titration steps show up as visible changes in the curve. It is a model built from your own history — not a blood test, and never a recommendation.

  • A curve built from the doses you actually logged
  • See at a glance whether you're mid-week steady or nearing your next shot
  • Titration steps show up as visible changes in the curve

A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

The Lumara levels screen for a weekly GLP-1 — an estimated circulating-level curve across several weeks with the next dose marked.
Proof, not vibes

The question underneath the question.

Nobody tracks a GLP-1 because they enjoy logging. They do it because they want to know whether it is doing anything. Lumara reads weight, HRV, sleep and resting heart rate from Apple Health or Health Connect and lines them up against your dose days, so the answer is a trend you can look at rather than a feeling you argue with.

  • Weight and waist trend beside your dose history
  • Side-effect check-ins (1–5) that sit on the same timeline as each shot
  • Plain-language Insights: what changed, never what to take
Illustrative data. Insights describe what changed — they never tell you what to take.

Everything in the app

One app for the whole
of what you take.

The reminding, the logging, the remembering and the paperwork — in one place, on iPhone and Android.

Hands at a kitchen counter beside an unlabelled vial, a capped syringe and a handwritten notepad.
Lumara's Today screen: five doses today, a due-now card for Vitamin B12 with a slide-to-log control, and the week's dose history with one dose missed on Monday.

Today, and what's due

The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.

Lumara notification settings, with separate switches for dose reminders, refill and inventory alerts, and clinic messages.

Reminders that fire on time

A nudge at the time you set for every dose, plus refill, expiry and lab reminders. Scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no signal.

The Lumara daily check-in, rating energy, mood, sleep quality and overall side effects on a 1–5 selector.

A daily check-in in seconds

Rate energy, mood, sleep and side effects on a 1–5 scale and tag any symptoms. Ten seconds a day is what makes a trend.

A Lumara weight entry of 181 lbs above 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and 1-year range chips and the trend line for the range shown.

Weight and symptoms, on a schedule

Log a weigh-in and how you have been feeling, with a daily or weekly reminder to do it. Both land on the same timeline as your doses.

A Lumara progress card: 130 of 154 doses taken in the last 30 days — 84% of the doses that were due — broken into taken, missed and skipped.

Progress, not just a streak

Every dose taken and missed, day by day and medicine by medicine, with your weight and check-in trends over the same weeks.

Vial tracking, circulating-level charts and the provider report are on the paid plans.

How GLP-1 dosing usually goes

Both of the common GLP-1 protocols move upward through fixed dose steps over months, and both are dosed once a week. The tables below reproduce the schedules published in the FDA labels so you can see the shape of a typical plan — yours is set by your provider and may look nothing like it.

Dose steps as published in the FDA label. Your provider sets your actual plan.
StartStepsMaintenance
Semaglutide (Wegovy®)0.25 mg weekly0.5 → 1 → 1.7 mg, ~4 weeks each2.4 mg weekly
Tirzepatide (Zepbound® / Mounjaro®)2.5 mg weekly5 → 7.5 → 10 → 12.5 mg, ~4 weeks eachup to 15 mg weekly

What people usually find worth tracking

  • Nausea and appetite, day by day rather than "generally fine"
  • Vomiting, diarrhoea or constipation, and how they sit relative to a dose day
  • Fatigue and sleep in the 48 hours after a shot
  • Injection-site soreness, and which site it followed
  • Weight and waist on the same cadence you already weigh yourself

Lumara records what you enter and shows it beside your dose history. It does not assess symptoms, and it never advises. Anything new, severe or persistent is a conversation with your provider — not with an app.

Questions

Good to know.

The one that survives month four. Look for three things: reminders that fire on the device rather than needing a signal, a dose history that keeps your titration steps intact when you change dose, and some way to see your weight and sleep next to your shots. Lumara adds an estimated levels curve — a model of what is still circulating, built from the doses you logged.

Yes. Lumara reads weight from Apple Health or Health Connect — whatever your scale already writes there — and shows the trend on the same timeline as your dose days, alongside HRV, sleep and resting heart rate.

No. Dose logging, reminders, titration history and the estimated levels curve all work with nothing but your phone. A watch or a smart scale adds the outcome trends; it is not required for the tracking itself.

Yes. Lumara is a general protocol tracker — a GLP-1, hormone therapy, peptides and your everyday prescriptions all live in the same record, each with its own schedule and reminders.

They answer different questions. A calculator models one hypothetical schedule; a tracker charts the doses you actually took, including the ones you were late for. Lumara does both — try the model first if you want a feel for the shape.
