7-day trial, no card. iPhone and Android. No ads, no data sale, ever.

A pen makes the dose simple and the record harder. There is nothing to measure and nothing to mix — but there is also nothing to look back at, so three months in you have a fridge shelf, a vague memory of when you moved up, and a bathroom-scale number with no context around it. This page is about the record, not the injection.
Free, no card. Your trial starts inside the app.
Pick your compound and your current dose. Titration steps and reminders set themselves up.
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and watch weight, sleep and HRV line up against your shots.
A Zepbound pen tells you the day you injected. It cannot tell you what is still circulating on day five, when the next shot starts to feel overdue. Lumara estimates that from your own dose history and tirzepatide's published half-life, and draws it as a week-over-week curve with your dose steps visible in it.
A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

Log the pen when you use it; the next one is scheduled automatically. Dose increases are one tap and keep the previous step intact, so the history reads back as a ladder with dates rather than a pile of identical entries.
Lumara reads weight from Apple Health or Health Connect, so whatever your scale already records shows up beside your dose days and step changes — along with sleep, HRV and resting heart rate. It describes what changed. It never tells you what to take.
The reminding, the logging, the remembering and the paperwork — in one place, on iPhone and Android.

The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.

A nudge at the time you set for every dose, plus refill, expiry and lab reminders. Scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no signal.

Rate energy, mood, sleep and side effects on a 1–5 scale and tag any symptoms. Ten seconds a day is what makes a trend.

Log a weigh-in and how you have been feeling, with a daily or weekly reminder to do it. Both land on the same timeline as your doses.

Every dose taken and missed, day by day and medicine by medicine, with your weight and check-in trends over the same weeks.

Connect once and Lumara reads what your phone, watch or scale already writes. Read-only, on iPhone and Android — nothing is written back.
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps and weight, charted alongside your dose history over the same weeks.

A modelled curve of how much is likely still in you between doses, drawn from the schedule you logged. On the paid plans.
Enter a marker, its value and the draw date, and Lumara charts it against the reference range. Set your own reminder for the next one.

Refill dates with a reminder while there is still time to reorder, and a vial vault holding days of supply and expiry dates.

Add a trip with its destination and dates and your daily reminders follow local time there. Weekly injectables keep their home interval.
If your clinic uses Lumara, enter their join code and the protocol they prescribe arrives in your app. You start the connection and you can end it.

Lumara writes up the month — what you are on, how much of it you took, your weight and your worst symptoms — to take in with you.
Turn what you have logged into a factual PDF and share it in a tap. Messages and protocol updates from your clinic arrive in the same app, to read.

Stored on your device, with encrypted backup only if you turn it on. Face ID or a passcode locks it, there are no ads, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete it whenever.
Vial tracking, circulating-level charts and the provider report are on the paid plans.
Zepbound® is tirzepatide, given once a week, and the FDA label describes a stepped schedule starting at 2.5 mg with increases of 2.5 mg about four weeks apart. It is supplied by Eli Lilly and Company in single-dose presentations. The table is reference material; your prescriber decides your starting point, your steps and where you stop.
| Start | Steps | Maintenance | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tirzepatide (Zepbound® / Mounjaro®) | 2.5 mg weekly | 5 → 7.5 → 10 → 12.5 mg, ~4 weeks each | up to 15 mg weekly |
Lumara records what you enter and shows it beside your dose history. It does not assess symptoms, and it never advises. Anything new, severe or persistent is a conversation with your provider — not with an app.
Product information as of 5 September 2026.
Lumara does — an independent tracker, not a Lilly product. Log each weekly pen, keep your dose steps with their dates, set reminders that fire on your device, and see weight, sleep and HRV from Apple Health or Health Connect on the same timeline.
Log the increase against the same protocol. The previous step stays in the record with the date it ended, so months later you can see exactly when you moved and what the following weeks looked like.
Yes. Weight and waist sit on the same timeline as your dose days, alongside sleep, HRV and daily check-ins. Lumara reads the numbers your scale and watch already write to Apple Health or Health Connect.
Yes. Log the vial's strength and Lumara handles the units, the doses remaining and the beyond-use date, with the arithmetic shown. Your dose history and levels curve carry across the change of presentation.
