Today, and what's due
The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.
Tirzepatide climbs further than most protocols. Lumara keeps every step, its date and its side-effect week in one continuous history — and charts the curve between shots.

A tirzepatide ladder can run most of a year, and after the third or fourth step almost nobody can say from memory when they moved up or which week was the rough one. That matters more than it sounds: the week after a step change is the week worth comparing, and it is the one detail a tick-box tracker throws away.
Free, no card. Your trial starts inside the app.
Pick your compound and your current dose. Titration steps and reminders set themselves up.
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and watch weight, sleep and HRV line up against your shots.
Log a step-up in one tap. The previous step stays where it was, so months later you can still see exactly when you moved and what the following fortnight looked like. Reminders re-time themselves across time zones, which matters on a protocol measured in months.
Tirzepatide's published half-life is about five days, so its curve falls a little further between weekly doses than semaglutide's does and settles slightly sooner after a change. Lumara charts that from your own logged doses. It is a model, not a measurement, and never a recommendation.
A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

The reminding, the logging, the remembering and the paperwork — in one place, on iPhone and Android.

The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.

A nudge at the time you set for every dose, plus refill, expiry and lab reminders. Scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no signal.

Rate energy, mood, sleep and side effects on a 1–5 scale and tag any symptoms. Ten seconds a day is what makes a trend.

Log a weigh-in and how you have been feeling, with a daily or weekly reminder to do it. Both land on the same timeline as your doses.

Every dose taken and missed, day by day and medicine by medicine, with your weight and check-in trends over the same weeks.

Connect once and Lumara reads what your phone, watch or scale already writes. Read-only, on iPhone and Android — nothing is written back.
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps and weight, charted alongside your dose history over the same weeks.

A modelled curve of how much is likely still in you between doses, drawn from the schedule you logged. On the paid plans.
Enter a marker, its value and the draw date, and Lumara charts it against the reference range. Set your own reminder for the next one.

Refill dates with a reminder while there is still time to reorder, and a vial vault holding days of supply and expiry dates.

Add a trip with its destination and dates and your daily reminders follow local time there. Weekly injectables keep their home interval.
If your clinic uses Lumara, enter their join code and the protocol they prescribe arrives in your app. You start the connection and you can end it.

Lumara writes up the month — what you are on, how much of it you took, your weight and your worst symptoms — to take in with you.
Turn what you have logged into a factual PDF and share it in a tap. Messages and protocol updates from your clinic arrive in the same app, to read.

Vial tracking, circulating-level charts and the provider report are on the paid plans.
Tirzepatide is dosed once weekly and steps upward in 2.5 mg increments spaced about four weeks apart, which is a longer climb than most home-injected protocols. Its half-life of roughly five days means it reaches a steady pattern in about four weeks on a given step — so each rung has just about settled by the time the next one arrives.
| Start | Steps | Maintenance | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tirzepatide (Zepbound® / Mounjaro®) | 2.5 mg weekly | 5 → 7.5 → 10 → 12.5 mg, ~4 weeks each | up to 15 mg weekly |
Lumara records what you enter and shows it beside your dose history. It does not assess symptoms, and it never advises. Anything new, severe or persistent is a conversation with your provider — not with an app.
Product information as of 5 September 2026.
The FDA labels describe a ladder from 2.5 mg weekly up to a maintenance dose of as much as 15 mg weekly, in 2.5 mg increments roughly four weeks apart. How far up it you go, and how fast, is set by your provider.
Its published half-life is about five days, so most of a dose has cleared within a few weeks of stopping. That is also why the curve between weekly shots dips a little more than semaglutide's does.
Yes. Energy, mood, sleep quality and overall side effects sit on a 1–5 scale, with a symptom picker for the specific ones, on the same timeline as your doses and your step changes, so the pattern is visible instead of remembered.
Nothing in Lumara pushes you up a ladder. It tracks the schedule you are actually on, for as long as you are on it — the steps are your provider's decision, not the app's.
Yes for the dose history, the reminders and the levels curve. A compounded vial adds the reconstitution maths and a beyond-use date, which Lumara handles too.
