GLP-1 + testosterone therapy

One app for the weekly shot, and the other weekly shot.

Two protocols, two cadences, one body. Lumara keeps them apart where they should be separate and together where they overlap — sites, timing, and the trends underneath both.

How it works

Three steps, about two minutes.

Running a GLP-1 alongside testosterone therapy is not twice the tracking; it is a different kind of tracking. The schedules rarely line up, the sites compete, and the trends you care about — sleep, HRV, weight, how you actually feel on a Thursday — sit underneath both at once. Two apps cannot answer that, because neither of them can see the other half.

  1. Download

Free, no card. Your trial starts inside the app.

  2. Add your GLP-1

Pick your compound and your current dose. Titration steps and reminders set themselves up.

  3. See the trend

Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and watch weight, sleep and HRV line up against your shots.

Dose steps

Separate schedules. One place they are both visible.

Each protocol keeps its own frequency, its own dose steps and its own reminders — a weekly GLP-1 and a twice-weekly ester do not have to be squeezed into one rhythm. Today shows you what is actually due, from both, without you holding either in your head.

  • Log a step-up in one tap; history stays intact
  • Reminders that re-time themselves when you cross time zones
  • Injection-site rotation map so you never double up

The unglamorous stuff

Your sites do not know which protocol they belong to.

The injection-site rotation map covers everything you inject, not one protocol at a time, so it will not send you back to the same spot twice in a week because two schedules happened to collide there.

  • One site map across everything you inject, not one map per protocol
  • A next-site suggestion that accounts for two schedules landing in the same week
  • Vial inventory and beyond-use dates tracked per vial, whichever protocol it belongs to

Everything in the app

One app for the whole
of what you take.

The reminding, the logging, the remembering and the paperwork — in one place, on iPhone and Android.

Lumara's Today screen: five doses today, a due-now card for Vitamin B12 with a slide-to-log control, and the week's dose history with one dose missed on Monday.

Today, and what's due

The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.

Lumara notification settings, with separate switches for dose reminders, refill and inventory alerts, and clinic messages.

Reminders that fire on time

A nudge at the time you set for every dose, plus refill, expiry and lab reminders. Scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no signal.

The Lumara daily check-in, rating energy, mood, sleep quality and overall side effects on a 1–5 selector.

A daily check-in in seconds

Rate energy, mood, sleep and side effects on a 1–5 scale and tag any symptoms. Ten seconds a day is what makes a trend.

A Lumara weight entry of 181 lbs above 7-day, 30-day, 90-day and 1-year range chips and the trend line for the range shown.

Weight and symptoms, on a schedule

Log a weigh-in and how you have been feeling, with a daily or weekly reminder to do it. Both land on the same timeline as your doses.

A Lumara progress card: 130 of 154 doses taken in the last 30 days — 84% of the doses that were due — broken into taken, missed and skipped.

Progress, not just a streak

Every dose taken and missed, day by day and medicine by medicine, with your weight and check-in trends over the same weeks.

Vial tracking, circulating-level charts and the provider report are on the paid plans.

Two protocols, two clocks

A GLP-1 and testosterone therapy are usually dosed on different cycles, and the esters used for testosterone clear at different rates from one another — which is why a weekly schedule and an every-3.5-day schedule produce visibly different curves from the same weekly total. That difference is the reason people ask about frequency at all. Lumara charts each protocol from your own logged doses and the published half-life of what you are on; it does not compare them, rank them, or suggest changing either.

What people running both usually want on one timeline

  • Sleep and HRV, which respond to both protocols and to neither predictably
  • Weight and waist, alongside the dose days of each protocol rather than just one
  • Energy and mood check-ins, which are the reason most people started either
  • Injection sites, shared across everything injected
  • Lab dates, so a result has the surrounding weeks attached to it

Observational only. Lumara shows what moved and when. It does not attribute a change to one protocol over the other, and it never suggests altering either — that is your providers' work, and if you have two of them, an export for each.

Questions

Good to know.

Yes. Each is its own protocol with its own schedule, dose steps and reminders, and both appear on one Today screen and one timeline. Lumara is a general protocol tracker, so anything else you take joins the same record.

Yes — separate schedules, separate reminders, all firing on the device offline and re-timing themselves across time zones. A weekly protocol and an every-3.5-day protocol do not have to share a cadence.

It covers everything you inject. Rotation is tracked across the whole picture rather than per protocol, so two schedules colliding on the same week will not quietly send you back to the same site.

Yes. Export the whole history or a single protocol as a CSV or a provider-ready summary, so each clinician sees what is relevant to them without you rebuilding it by hand.

No. One plan covers every protocol you log, however many you are running. Plan details are on our pricing page.

Your data is encrypted on your device, backups are encrypted, and we never sell data or show ads. Export or delete everything from inside the app.

No. Lumara is a tracking and education tool. It doesn't prescribe, diagnose, or replace your provider's guidance.
