Do not sell or share my personal information
Lumara does not sell your personal information, and we never share health information for advertising — not ever, and not with your permission either. That is a product commitment, not a setting.
Two things we do count as sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, even though neither involves health information, so you have the right to turn both off:
- On this website, one advertising measurement tag tells us when a visit that began with one of our ads led to someone creating an account. It loads only if you allow advertising measurement in the cookie banner. Use the switch below to turn it off in this browser.
- In the Lumara app, if you ticked the optional “Help measure Lumara’s ads” box when you signed up, we tell Google and Meta that your device created an account. To stop it, turn off “Share sign-up with ad partners” in the app under Privacy & safety. If you never ticked the box, nothing was sent.

What this switch does
Turning it on stops the advertising tag from loading at all on this browser — it is checked before the tag is requested, so nothing is sent and then retracted. The choice is stored in this browser only, so set it once per browser and per device. Clearing your site data will reset it.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically and you do not need to do anything here.
Other requests
To ask what personal information we hold, or to request deletion or correction, contact support@lumararx.com, or ask an authorized agent to do so for you. You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. See our Privacy Policy (including how to appeal a decision) and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for the full detail.
