No. Any patient connected to your clinic gets Lumara's full Premium experience at no charge to them, funded by your subscription. If they later disconnect, they keep their data and protocols through a 30-day grace period — after that they'd subscribe to keep logging. There is no permanent free tier; clinic-connected patients simply don't pay.
Per practice. Each tier includes a band of active patients — 15 (Starter), 75 (Practice), 250 (Clinic) — and the providers your tier allows (Practice adds providers at $35/mo each).
