Today, and what's due
The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.
A reminder on your actual dose day, a count of the doses left in the pen, and your other prescriptions on the same list — with every dose change kept in order.

7-day trial, no card. iPhone and Android. No ads, no data sale, ever.

A dialled multi-dose pen is efficient and completely silent. Nothing about it tells you which day you are due, how many doses are left, or when you last changed dose — that all lives in your head, or on a sticky note on the fridge, until the week you travel and it does not.
Free, no card. Your trial starts inside the app.
Pick your compound and your current dose. Titration steps and reminders set themselves up.
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and watch weight, sleep and HRV line up against your shots.
Set your dose day once. Reminders fire on the device — offline, in the right time zone, and they re-time themselves when you travel rather than going off at three in the morning in a different country.
Lumara counts down what is left in whatever you are drawing from and warns you in time to reorder, so a repeat prescription is something you arrange rather than something you discover you needed on a Sunday.
The reminding, the logging, the remembering and the paperwork — in one place, on iPhone and Android.

The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.

A nudge at the time you set for every dose, plus refill, expiry and lab reminders. Scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no signal.

Rate energy, mood, sleep and side effects on a 1–5 scale and tag any symptoms. Ten seconds a day is what makes a trend.

Log a weigh-in and how you have been feeling, with a daily or weekly reminder to do it. Both land on the same timeline as your doses.

Every dose taken and missed, day by day and medicine by medicine, with your weight and check-in trends over the same weeks.

Connect once and Lumara reads what your phone, watch or scale already writes. Read-only, on iPhone and Android — nothing is written back.
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps and weight, charted alongside your dose history over the same weeks.

A modelled curve of how much is likely still in you between doses, drawn from the schedule you logged. On the paid plans.
Enter a marker, its value and the draw date, and Lumara charts it against the reference range. Set your own reminder for the next one.
A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

Refill dates with a reminder while there is still time to reorder, and a vial vault holding days of supply and expiry dates.

Add a trip with its destination and dates and your daily reminders follow local time there. Weekly injectables keep their home interval.
If your clinic uses Lumara, enter their join code and the protocol they prescribe arrives in your app. You start the connection and you can end it.

Lumara writes up the month — what you are on, how much of it you took, your weight and your worst symptoms — to take in with you.
Turn what you have logged into a factual PDF and share it in a tap. Messages and protocol updates from your clinic arrive in the same app, to read.

Stored on your device, with encrypted backup only if you turn it on. Face ID or a passcode locks it, there are no ads, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete it whenever.
Vial tracking, circulating-level charts and the provider report are on the paid plans.
Ozempic® is semaglutide from Novo Nordisk, prescribed for type 2 diabetes and given once weekly by a multi-dose pen. The FDA label describes a starting dose intended for tolerability rather than for effect, with increases spaced about four weeks apart. As with any semaglutide protocol, a change takes roughly four to five weeks to settle because the half-life is about a week.
| Start | Steps | Maintenance | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ozempic® (semaglutide) | 0.25 mg weekly | 0.5 → 1 mg, ~4 weeks each | up to 2 mg weekly |
Lumara records what you enter and shows it beside your dose history. It does not assess symptoms, and it never advises. Anything new, severe or persistent is a conversation with your provider — not with an app.
Product information as of 5 September 2026.
Lumara tracks it — independently, not a Novo Nordisk product. It handles the dose-day reminder, the doses remaining in your pen, your dose history, and the rest of your medication list in the same record.
Set the day once and the reminder fires on your device, without a signal, in whatever time zone you are actually in. Log the dose in two taps and the next one schedules itself.
Yes. Lumara counts down the doses remaining from what you log and warns you before you run out, so a repeat prescription lands before the gap does.
Yes. Tablets, injections and over-the-counter items share one list with their own schedules, and adherence is calculated across the whole regimen rather than one medication at a time.
No. Lumara is an independent tracking and education tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk A/S. Ozempic® is their registered trademark, used here only to describe what you can track.
Your data is encrypted on your device, backups are encrypted, and we never sell data or show ads. Export or delete everything from inside the app.
