Today, and what's due
The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.
Mounjaro® on the same list as your other prescriptions — one set of reminders, one dose history, and an export you can actually hand over at your next appointment.

7-day trial, no card. iPhone and Android. No ads, no data sale, ever.

A weekly injection rarely arrives alone. It joins a list — the morning tablets, the evening one, the thing you take with food — and the honest answer to "how have you been getting on with it?" is usually somewhere between a guess and an apology. A record that covers the whole list, and can be printed, changes that conversation more than any single feature does.
Free, no card. Your trial starts inside the app.
Pick your compound and your current dose. Titration steps and reminders set themselves up.
Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and watch weight, sleep and HRV line up against your shots.
Your weekly shot, your daily tablets and anything over the counter live in the same record, each with its own schedule. Adherence is calculated across all of it, so the picture you look at is the regimen you are actually on rather than the one interesting part of it.
Reconstitution maths, injection sites and vial expiry — the fiddly parts, handled.
The whole spectrum, cycle-aware from the start. Designed for women and men equally, from the first screen.
Semaglutide, tirzepatide and the oral GLP-1s, with titration steps, weight and side effects in one view.

The long-game stack, tracked the same way as everything else.
Export your dose history as a CSV, or a provider-ready summary of the period since your last visit — what you took, what you missed, when you moved up a step, and how sleep, resting heart rate and weight moved alongside. It reports; it does not interpret.
The reminding, the logging, the remembering and the paperwork — in one place, on iPhone and Android.

The day's doses in one list, logged with a slide, and the week behind you — taken, missed and skipped.

A nudge at the time you set for every dose, plus refill, expiry and lab reminders. Scheduled on the phone, so they arrive with no signal.

Rate energy, mood, sleep and side effects on a 1–5 scale and tag any symptoms. Ten seconds a day is what makes a trend.

Log a weigh-in and how you have been feeling, with a daily or weekly reminder to do it. Both land on the same timeline as your doses.

Every dose taken and missed, day by day and medicine by medicine, with your weight and check-in trends over the same weeks.

Connect once and Lumara reads what your phone, watch or scale already writes. Read-only, on iPhone and Android — nothing is written back.
HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, steps and weight, charted alongside your dose history over the same weeks.

A modelled curve of how much is likely still in you between doses, drawn from the schedule you logged. On the paid plans.
Enter a marker, its value and the draw date, and Lumara charts it against the reference range. Set your own reminder for the next one.
A model, not a measurement. This is an approximation from your own dose history — it is not a blood test, carries no clinical units, and is never a recommendation. Only your provider can interpret your actual levels.

Refill dates with a reminder while there is still time to reorder, and a vial vault holding days of supply and expiry dates.

Add a trip with its destination and dates and your daily reminders follow local time there. Weekly injectables keep their home interval.
If your clinic uses Lumara, enter their join code and the protocol they prescribe arrives in your app. You start the connection and you can end it.

Lumara writes up the month — what you are on, how much of it you took, your weight and your worst symptoms — to take in with you.
Turn what you have logged into a factual PDF and share it in a tap. Messages and protocol updates from your clinic arrive in the same app, to read.

Stored on your device, with encrypted backup only if you turn it on. Face ID or a passcode locks it, there are no ads, we never sell your data, and you can export or delete it whenever.
Vial tracking, circulating-level charts and the provider report are on the paid plans.
Mounjaro® is tirzepatide from Eli Lilly and Company, prescribed for type 2 diabetes and given once weekly. The FDA label describes a stepped schedule from 2.5 mg upward in 2.5 mg increments about four weeks apart. It is reference material only — your prescriber sets your plan, and the rest of your regimen alongside it.
| Start | Steps | Maintenance | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tirzepatide (Zepbound® / Mounjaro®) | 2.5 mg weekly | 5 → 7.5 → 10 → 12.5 mg, ~4 weeks each | up to 15 mg weekly |
Lumara records what you enter and shows it beside your dose history. It does not assess symptoms, and it never advises. Anything new, severe or persistent is a conversation with your provider — not with an app.
Product information as of 5 September 2026.
Lumara tracks it — independently, not as a Lilly product. Weekly reminders that fire on your device, every dose step kept with its date, and your other prescriptions on the same list rather than in a separate app.
Yes — that is the point of the medication list. Tablets, injections and anything over the counter sit in one record with their own schedules, and adherence is calculated across the whole regimen.
No. Lumara reads sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and weight from Apple Health and Health Connect. Glucose readings stay with your meter or CGM app — Lumara will not pretend to a number it does not have.
Log it as a step change on the same protocol. The earlier step is preserved with the date it ended, so your history reads as a sequence rather than being overwritten.
Yes. Export a CSV or a provider-ready summary from inside the app — what you took, what you missed, and when the steps changed. It describes your history; it does not interpret it, and it is not a substitute for your provider's records.
Your data is encrypted on your device, backups are encrypted, and we never sell data or show ads. Export or delete everything from inside the app.
