How to convert a weekly testosterone dose into units
Testosterone esters (cypionate, enanthate, propionate) are supplied at a concentration in mg/mL. Converting your prescribed weekly dose to a per-injection volume just needs that concentration and how many injections you split the week into.

- Volume — 50 mg ÷ 200 mg/mL = 0.25 mL.
- Units to draw — 0.25 mL × 100 units/mL = 25 units on a U-100 syringe.
- Weekly volume — 2 × 0.25 mL = 0.5 mL total.
