How to calculate a blended peptide vial

In a blend, several peptides share the same water, so a single draw pulls all of them at once in a fixed ratio. Each component's concentration is its amount divided by the shared water volume.

  1. Enter the shared BAC water you added to the vial — all components dissolve in the same volume.
  2. Add each peptide and its amount (mg or mcg) in the vial.
  3. Set your target draw by one component’s dose, or by a number of units.
  4. Read the single draw and the mcg of every component it delivers, then log it.

Worked example: 5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500 in 2 mL

Frequently asked questions

Can you put two peptides in one vial?

Peptides are sometimes reconstituted together in a shared vial. The consequence is that a single syringe draw pulls all of them in a fixed ratio set when you mixed the vial — you cannot dose them independently afterward. The calculator shows exactly how much of each a given draw delivers.

How does one draw deliver both peptides?

Each peptide dissolves in the same shared water, so each has its own concentration (its amount ÷ the water volume). A draw of a given volume therefore contains a proportional amount of every component at once. The tool computes the mcg of each.

Can I change the ratio between the peptides per injection?

No — once blended, the ratio is fixed by how much of each you put in the shared vial. Changing the ratio means mixing a different vial. This is why the calculator surfaces the per-component amounts so clearly.

Is this blend calculator medical advice?

No. It is an educational estimation tool that does the arithmetic and shows its work; it never recommends a blend, a ratio, or a dose. Always follow your licensed provider’s instructions.
